It’s about team!  The collective over the personal.  Us versus me.

Of course, the biggest headline in motorsports is the Hendrick Motorsports Tragedy.  And what’s that got to do with team?  Listen to how Jeff Gordon put it Friday:

“I’ve never been so inspired and driven in my life.  I can’t think of anything that can drive us harder and stronger than this loss.”
