JosefNewgardenIndyCar Driver Josef Newgarden went to Phoenix last week to celebrate IndyCar’s return to the historic track. Sunday night Newgarden was in The Freak Nation to talk about the IndyCar industry making Phoenix an important market for the series and its drivers.  Newgarden also talked about his preparations for 2016 and the strength of the American drivers in the series.
