Halloween comes early on SpeedFreaks TV

Hollywood, CA(October 27, 2008) – Halloween may be four days away but MavTV’s “treat” tonight is a SpeedFreaks “trick” with a team of Mopar drivers straight out of a motorsports horror B-movie. You know, one where you laugh your a** off more than you scream? Oh yea, it is a Freak Fest tonight on SpeedFreaks at 8 p.m. EST on MavTV.



Where else will you see the Queen of Scream, Mopar Sports Car Champion Cindi Lux discussing the manhood of both NHRA Champion Wild Thing Gary Scelzi and Drifting Champ The Crazy Swede Sam Hubinette? Though is it manhood, or womanhood in their discussions?



And, where else could you witness Big Daddy Don Garlits shedding a story on how the goblins of old drag racing carried the heat in their firesuits to settle some races. Don't believe us, then hit this clip.

Better yet, where else will you ever watch NHRA Pro Stocker Allen The Suave Johnson in his deep southern drawl give a lesson on proper English to the aforementioned Crazy Swede. Yep, it's horrifying.

Also featured on Freak Fest 2008 are highlights of the Mopar Mile High Big Block Party, while caught on tape is an unscripted exchange between pilots as they swap rides and then… well, you'll just have to watch! Suffice it to say The Dirt Demon Brian Collins knows how to please the ladies!
