Alex Palou on Mentoring, Fried Chicken & The Party

2021 IndyCar Champion Alex Palou won his championship at the Long Beach Grand Prix Sunday then came into The Freak Nation before disappearing into a celebratory party after the final race of the season. Palou finished fourth at Long Beach but that was all he needed to take home the title. He earned the championship in only his second year in IndyCar.
