OK, Freak Nation, YOU tell ME!

For a while there, I was writing a ‘One Stop Shop’ column which would provide anyone who cared to read it a brief synopsis of all the weekend’s winners.  And when I say all, I mean ALL.  Some sites report on NASCAR, IndyCar, F1 and NHRA and that is it… I tried to go 500 steps further and find the Champ Car, ALMS, IHRA, MotoGP, AMA, Karting, WoO, Grand Am, Koni Challenge, Pro Mod, USAC, boats, jet skis and even some Saturday night short track results.  And hey, it was on one page with a bunch of links so you wouldn’t have to do the web surfing… I had it all in one tiny package there for you.

But it was a lot of work… and I really don’t think many of you were reading it.  Were you?

SO, if I am to labor over this Labor Day weekend, what in the heck do you want me to labor about?  YOU TELL ME, motorheads!  What do you want to see in a WEEKLY racing column that you can’t get anywhere else.

Do you want me to link you to the hottest news in each discipline?  It’s generally pretty easy to find on either www.crash.net, www.jayski.com, www.competitionplus.com, www.trackforum.com, www.myracer.com et al… oh great, there go some of my secrets. 

Or do you want straight up results like I was doing?

Do you want gossip?  Do you want relationship news?  Do you want driver-rider celebrity news?

Tell me, Freak Nation… tell me what you want me to write each and every week and damn it I’ll do it.  I don’t mind surfing the net to find you the goods… but I gotta know you are reading it and liking it.
