Hollywood, CA (February 16, 2007) – SpeedFreaks load up another industrial strength motorsports throwdown this weekend.  Grab a cup of Java, or in some cases Green Tea, and see what paralyzed open wheel team owner Sam Schmidt has to say about Embryonic Stem Cell research… or even what five-time NHRA Top Fuel Champion Joe Amato has to say about the hot Freakin' topic. 

The Freaks fan the flames even more as the quartet tighten their jock straps (sorry Crasher) for a ride with Mario Andretti this Saturday on ESPN2 at a special time of 10:30 a.m. EST (7:30 a.m. PST)*.

"Did you see the line up at the top of this release," rolls SpeedFreaks Kenny Sargent. "Baskin-Robbins doesn't even come close to this Freak Flavor."

Then beyond the Freakin' topics, Statt Mann dishes the dirt with X Games Champ turned Rally Champ Travis Pastrana, Crash is "Girl on Girl" with Milka Duno and 4x NHRA Champ Gary Scelzi gets his big 'ol Fresno caboose in and out of a Mopar Sprint Car on the show.  Sargent says, "It isn't pretty but at least I do lose a bet." 

This SpeedFreaks Saturday special was shot from the Lucas Oil Studios in the Mopar Pits in Las Vegas.  Featured throughout the 30 minutes is "Lugg's World" and NHRA's Eric Medlen, Brandon Bernstein, Greg Anderson, David Grubnic and Ron Capps losing their a** to the real Sarge in a high stakes game of Freaks Hold'em.
