Ron Capps on His Title Hopes & Hawaii

NHRA Mello Yello Funny Car Points Leader Ron Capps is an OG in The Freak Nation. His appearance Sunday night was in the midst of his campaign for the Funny Car championship. He leads the points with three events left but the race is super close among his teammates including close friend Tommy Johnson, Jr. in second. Capps was in Hawaii on personal business shooting a pilot for a television show but he talked at length about the tight race, his hopes for his first championship and the SpeedFreak Mojo he hopes will take him to that title.
