Oliver Askew on COTA, Lites & Late to the Party

Indy Lites COTA Winner Oliver Askew won two races in Texas now he has some time off and he talked about the break when he came into The Freak Nation Sunday night.  Askew is 22-years-old but in IndyCar racing, that CAN be pretty old.
