Josef Newgarden2019 IndyCar Champion Josef Newgarden was in The Freak Nation right after he earned the title in the season’s final race at WeatherTech Raceway at Laguna Seca where he finished eighth overall. Colton Herta won the race but Newgarden won his second title in the last three years. He’s always a favorite in The Freak Nation after a win and Sunday night was no different.
