Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

• $0-$19.99 — add $3.00
• $20-$49.99 — add $6.00
• $50-$99.99 — add $10.00
• $100 - $149.99 add $12.00
• $150 and over — Free Standard Shipping
• UK orders — add $50.00 to the standard shipping tiers shown above
• Canada orders — add $50.00 to the standard shipping tiers shown above.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

It is our goal to make your shopping experience as easy as possible.  To return an order, pack all items in a secure container and enclose the packing slip(s) for the order that you placed.  Be sure to clearly mark on the shipping label that the package is a return. Any shipping fees associated with making these returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent, via a trackable and prepaid method, to our facility listed below:

Undamaged items may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

Note that UK and Canada orders are refunded in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically.
