SpeedFreaks' Continental Tires Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The SpeedFreaks – Continental Tires giveaway is open to all who enter, age 21 or older.

2. To enter the contest each participant must provide ALL information requested on registration form including name, mailing address, and email address on the Official Entry Form web page and click "submit" at the bottom of the Official Entry Form web page. Submission of the Official Entry Form signifies that the participant has read and agrees to the official rules of the contest.

3. Entry must be either: via the official SpeedFreaks – Continental Tires Giveaway email entry form at www.SpeedFreaks.TV, or by mail entry. Send mailed forms with all information requested including name, picture, age, gender, mailing address, phone and email address to SpeedFreaks, Ltd. 2029 Century Park East Suite 900, Los Angeles, CA 90067. SpeedFreaks, Ltd. and Continental Tire do not assume responsibility for phone, technical, network, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled, or delayed Internet/email computer transmissions, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, stolen, incomplete, or misaddressed entries.

4. This contest commences at 12pm noon Eastern, August 10, 2008, and ends at 12pm noon Eastern on December 31, 2013. Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries by any participant will be voided. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.

5. The Prize is as follows: One set (four tires) of Continental Tires of winner’s choice from tire inventory Continental Tire makes available for selection. Prize offer may be withdrawn at any time. In the event Prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever or the Prize offer is revoked, disqualified or withdrawn at any time by Continental Tire, there will be no substitution of prizes or cash value awarded in lieu of Prize, and further, SpeedFreaks, Ltd. and Continental Tire shall have no further obligation to provide a Prize or a substitute hereunder and shall be released of and held harmless of any such liability to provide such Prize or substitute.

6. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on the last day of every month beginning on August 31, 2008 and ending on December 31, 2013. Drawing will be conducted by SpeedFreaks, Ltd. and all decisions relating to this contest, including the award of prizes, shall be exclusively controlled by SpeedFreaks, Ltd., and all such decisions shall be final. If SpeedFreaks, Ltd. is unable to locate a given winner, an alternate winner will be selected by a second random drawing. The winner will be notified by email or telephone. Allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery of the Prize.

7. Winner will be required to sign a waiver of liability holding SpeedFreaks, Ltd. and Continental Tire harmless from any and all actions or claims regarding the tires awarded or any other aspect of this contest, and winner shall be solely responsible for any and all taxes, governmental fees, installation and delivery costs associated with the Prize.

8. By entering the contest, the participants (a) must be at least 21 years old; (b) agree to the official rules and that the decisions of the judges are final in all respects; (c) consent to use email and mailing address for marketing purposes for SpeedFreaks, Ltd. and it's marketing partners. Contest participants who do receive marketing information from SpeedFreaks, Ltd or its partners will have an opt out clause in either email or snail mail correspondence; (d) consent to the use of the winner's name, image, and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes in media of any kind, including but not limited to photographs, print, audio, video recording, broadcast, electronic or Internet media without further compensation; and (e) hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Continental Tire Corporation, SpeedFreaks, Ltd. and its employees, cast members, staff, officers, directors, shareholders, principals, agents, subsidiaries, sponsors, affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns, as well as all broadcast stations, including but not limited to C.B.S. Radio, Inc., and any other media outlets that carry Program, all individually and collectively "Releases," from any liability for any cost, taxes, losses, injuries or damages of any kind Recipient may incur caused by or resulting from acceptance, possession, promotion, or use of Prize.

9. Those entrants who have won a SpeedFreaks prize valued at more than $25.00 within thirty (30) days of entry, are not eligible. Employees of SpeedFreaks, Ltd., Continental Tire Corporation, subsidiary, affiliate, and successor companies, and immediate family members of anyone so employed, are not eligible. Employees of other radio stations are not eligible. Only one entry per person or household.

10. All federal, state, and local laws and restrictions apply. Offer void where prohibited, or otherwise restricted under federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations. Winner shall be solely responsible for any tax whatsoever, including income tax related to the value of the Prize received hereof.
